This memorial has been set up in dedication to a family of six who were all killed in a crash on the
M6 in Cheshire.
Ten-week-old Elouise Statham and her 20-month-old brother Mason were killed with their brothers
Reece, 13, and Jay, nine, and their parents David, 38, and Michelle, 33.
Cheshire Police said that, because of the nature of the accident, the bodies could not be formally
identified but next of kin named the family as the Stathams.
The family, from Llandudno, North Wales, were returning home from visiting relatives in the West
Midlands when the crash happened between junctions 16 and 17 of the M6 at around 10.40pm last night.
The crash, which happened near Sandbach, involved two cars and three heavy goods vehicles, police
said.

Words truly cannot express how deeply saddened I was at this tragic news, such a beautiful family, I wept when I read the news. To the family and friends left behind my thoughts and prayers are with you at this terrible time.

As with many other people I did know the Statham family at all but wish all the family and extended family my sincere condolances. Such a tragic waste of a whole family.

Little Elouise, I looked at your picture, your little face and preety pink dress. You look like a little angel and oh so innocent. The tears just keep coming. The awfulness of the loss of your little life and that of your loving brothers and proud loving Mum and Dad is hard to take in even for the stranger that I am. I do hope that none of you suffered and I really really hope you are all together now in a different time and space together for eternity. X

One person's moment of carelessness, and a whole family is wiped out. I cannot begin to imagine the terrible lifetime impact this dreadful accident will have on the Statham family's relatives and friends. I send my deepest sympathy to them through this site, adding my voice to so many others, and hope they will draw comfort knowing that their loss has touched the hearts of people across this country.

After hearing about this on the news i was devestated another family torn apart from a car incident and nothing there fault.
I Lost my two friends Arron and Ben peak And people were devestated at that , but now people still carry on dangerous driving.
At least you can all stay together in Gods Garden and Carry on being a close family.
