This memorial has been set up in dedication to a family of six who were all killed in a crash on the
M6 in Cheshire.
Ten-week-old Elouise Statham and her 20-month-old brother Mason were killed with their brothers
Reece, 13, and Jay, nine, and their parents David, 38, and Michelle, 33.
Cheshire Police said that, because of the nature of the accident, the bodies could not be formally
identified but next of kin named the family as the Stathams.
The family, from Llandudno, North Wales, were returning home from visiting relatives in the West
Midlands when the crash happened between junctions 16 and 17 of the M6 at around 10.40pm last night.
The crash, which happened near Sandbach, involved two cars and three heavy goods vehicles, police
said.

I went to school with Shell and also saw her outside of school, usually down the cres or at Mere Green youth club - we shared some great times back then, always laughing, having fun and getting up to mischief - I will never forget those days. Shell was a gorgeous, loving, caring friend and I feel privileged to have known her. When she met Taffy she was so happy, she never stopped talking about him, the true love of her life - its no surprise they went on to marry and have four beautiful children together. Unfortunately I lost touch with Shell but then only a few weeks ago we got in contact again, was wonderful to hear from her, I'm devastated it was for the last time. My thoughts and love are with both families, friends and everyone who knew and loved them. Michelle, David, Reece, Jay, Mason and Ellouise, I will never forget you, god bless you all, rest in peace together forever, love always, Rachel (Rac) x x x

You didnt know me but i feel so sad at what happened to your precious family. What a beautiful family, 3 gorgeous princes and a gorgeous princess a real credit to your mam and dad little ones who are also angels with you too you now live where my lil angel princess sis Sophie lives. Your lives will be forever treasured, kept precious and alive by your loved ones left behind. There is no words angels that can ever explain the loss and huge gap that is there now that you are all in heaven. You are still one family as you always were here....only you are on the better side of the rainbow now to enjoy your lives together as a family for eternity in heaven.
